What is the step-by-step rental process like?
You book the flat (PLN 1,000), undergo a quick online verification at Simpl.rent, sign the tenancy agreement and notarial declaration (Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure), pay the deposit and insurance and collect the keys. The whole process is usually completed in 2-5 days.
Are there any additional amenities included in the rent?
Yes there are. Included are things like: an estate technician and handyman, on-site administration, high-speed internet, security cameras/security staff, cleaning and greenery maintenance.
Can I rent a flat with no furniture?
Yes you can. Let us know while you are booking, so we can prepare a no furniture version.
What does the Premium Club offer me?
Priority for new flats, the opportunity to more easily swap units from our offer and invitations to events.
Will I be able to swap my flat for a larger or smaller one if I need to?
Yes, if there are flats available - we will help you move to another size/flat, or even another residential development. We take the formalities on ourselves.
What are the rental periods?
Standard 12 months with the possibility of extension. Do you have any specific needs?

What are the additional costs of renting a flat in addition to the rental amount?
Deposit, utilities according to consumption (electricity, water/sewage, heating), tenant's insurance and one-off notary's fee for declaration (art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure). Parking space – optional, payable separately.
