These Rules and Regulations set out the rules for the use of the playground located at Pastelowa Street 1, 2A, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 in Pozna\u0144.

Whenever these Rules and Regulations refer to:

Playground<\/strong> \u2013 this shall mean the small architectural structures collectively forming the playground, located at the Pastelowo Residential Estate at Pastelowa Street 1, 2A, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 in Pozna\u0144.

Manager<\/strong> \u2013 this shall mean Vastint Homes Poland Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, with its registered office in Warsaw
(02-092), at 16B \u017bwirki i Wigury Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), under KRS No. 0001163729, REGON No. 541265030, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 7011252068, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00.
User<\/strong> \u2013 this shall mean any person using the Playground, including the legal guardians of children using the Playground.

Rules and Regulations<\/strong> \u2013 these Rules and Regulations governing the use of the Playground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The Playground is intended for children’s play and recreation and is designed for children aged from 3 to 13 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Persons present on the Playground premises shall comply with these Rules and Regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Children may remain on the Playground only in the presence of their legal guardian or another adult.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a73<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. The consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances on the Playground is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and other tobacco products, is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The following are prohibited:\n
        \n
      • damaging playground equipment, other small architectural structures or fences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • damaging or destroying plants and greenery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • littering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • disturbing the peace or public order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • lighting fires, using barbecues or pyrotechnic materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • riding bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates or inline skates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • playing ball games;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • bringing animals onto the Playground;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • entering or remaining on the Playground while under the influence of alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • damaging playground equipment, other small architectural structures or fences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • damaging or destroying plants and greenery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • littering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • disturbing the peace or public order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • lighting fires, using barbecues or pyrotechnic materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • riding bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates or inline skates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • playing ball games;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • bringing animals onto the Playground;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • entering or remaining on the Playground while under the influence of alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Due to the risk of injury, the following are prohibited:\n
            \n
          • climbing onto the roofs or canopies of playground structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • use of a single swing seat or other play equipment intended for one person by more than one person at the same time;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • standing while using swings or any other play equipment not intended for such use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \u00a7 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            1. The Manager shall not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations or from using the Playground, or any of its equipment, contrary to its intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The User shall be obliged to repair or compensate for any damage caused through their fault, including damage caused by persons whom the User is legally or contractually obliged to supervise and who cannot be held liable due to their age or physical or mental condition, damage caused by animals kept or controlled by the User, as well as in any other cases provided for by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              \u00a7 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              1. The Manager or the estate security personnel shall have the right to request any person who fails to comply with these Rules and Regulations to leave the Playground.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. The Manager reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
